Paycom - ATS is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the McKinney, TX area. You will maintain manufacturing equipment, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, and repair based on management priorities. Proficiency with PLCs and thorough documentation in work orders are essential.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree required.
• Minimum 5 years industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs, motor drives, and schematics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing equipment and perform preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Repair equipment based on management's requests and priorities.
• Work on PLCs and document activities in the work order module.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Coordinator on spare parts, PM documentation, and crib organization.
• Train operators when needed and ensure safe work practices.
