Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV/Lead to support manufacturing operations on a 3rd shift. You will diagnose electro-mechanical problems, perform detailed equipment setup, and guide technicians to ensure smooth production.

Requirements include an associates degree or equivalent, 7–10 years in manufacturing maintenance, knowledge of lock-out/tag-out, CMMS, Word and Excel, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures.
• Able to adhere to safety policies and ensure quality.
• Willing to standby/on-call and overtime as needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and CMMS systems.
• Willing to attend training, including out-of-state locations.
• Ability to read printed materials, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and keep mechanical components in top operating condition.
• Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, and related components.
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and drive issues.
• Complete projects adding electrical circuits and controls; relocate machines.
• Maintain and repair pneumatic systems; perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Enter all work in the computer-based maintenance program.
• Monitor spare parts usage and process part orders.
