Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician IV/Lead for the 3rd shift. This electro-mechanical role supports manufacturing operations, troubleshoots complex equipment, and leads direct reports.

You will perform setup changes, repair electrical controls, manage spare parts, and train technicians while ensuring safety and uptime. Requires associates degree and 7–10 years' manufacturing maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
• Able to work standby assignments and overtime as required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and maintain mechanical components and electrical control circuits.
• Train technicians in advanced tasks and related skills.
