Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and urgent maintenance on our production machinery. You will diagnose PLCs and associated devices, lead CapEx/CI projects, and estimate repair timelines and costs.

A strong multi-craft background and leadership abilities are essential. The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, certification or equivalent, and the ability to work under varying temperatures in a processed foods plant.

Qualifications

5+ years as a multi-craft industrial technician.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance.
Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting skills.
Effective leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and urgent maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Lead projects from a CapEx and continuous improvement perspective.
Diagnose causes of electrical and electronic problems and provide solutions.
Estimate costs and timelines for equipment breakdowns and improvements.
Escalate machine breakdowns if not resolved within timelines.
