Job summary

Reser’s is seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Industrial Technician to perform preventative and urgent maintenance on production machinery. This role supports MT 1 and MT 2 duties and will lead small projects from CapEx and CI perspectives, ensuring timely repairs and reliability.

Working swing or graveyard shifts with shift differential, you will diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, maintain PM procedures, and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a multi-craft industrial technician.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in industrial settings.
• Leadership abilities to lead projects or teams.
• Technical certification or proven equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and urgent maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Lead projects from CapEx and CI perspectives and ensure timely completion.
• Diagnose and repair PLCs and associated programmable devices.
• Create and maintain preventative maintenance procedures (PMO).
• Escalate machine breakdowns to management if not resolved in time.
• Support facilities tasks and special projects as assigned.
