Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across production, warehouse, refrigeration, and wastewater areas. The role supports facility projects and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet production demands.

You will read blueprints and schematics, diagnose malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. A strong safety mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of electrical/PLC troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience; understand PLCs.
• Industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on facility equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery across operations.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics accurately.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to improving production methods and product quality.
• Adhere to USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
