Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician for a fast-growing food processing plant in Blue Island, IL. This on-site role offers pay from $40 to $65 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems across 480V equipment, weld as needed, and use CMMS, SCADA, PLCs, and VFDs to keep the plant running safely. Work environment is hot and active, with OSHA/LOTO compliance required.

Competenze

• Electrical experience with 480V three-phase systems is required.
• Industrial mechanical troubleshooting in a processing environment is essential.
• Welding (MIG and stick) and fabrication skills are preferred.
• Exposure to SCADA, PLCs, or VFDs is a plus.
• CMMS proficiency and adherence to safety standards are valued.
• Familiarity with OSHA and LOTO rules is required.
• Ability to work in a hot, physically demanding plant environment.

Mansioni

• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems across a three-shift plant.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on 480V equipment.
• Weld, fabricate, and rig as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Install and service pumps, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes.
• Use SCADA, PLCs, and VFDs to locate faults and verify fixes.
• Complete PM work in CMMS and maintain accurate records.
• Enforce LOTO, hot work, and OSHA safety rules.
• Assist maintenance manager with planning and prioritization.
