Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical training experience.
• Strong hands-on background with industrial equipment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, PLC/controls, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics.
• Equipment installation and integration experience.
• Experience training maintenance technicians, field service technicians, engineers, or similar technical personnel.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver hands-on technical training for field service technicians, internal teams, service partners, and customers.
• Train technicians on complex industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Provide classroom, hands-on, virtual, and self-paced technical instruction.
• Teach equipment installation, integration, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
• Develop technical training materials, procedures, assessments, and certification pathways.
• Partner with engineering, field service, safety, and other technical teams to keep training programs current.
• Track technician qualifications, certifications, training completion, and overall readiness.
• Continuously improve training programs based on field feedback and equipment/service needs.
