Job summary

ABB is seeking a Technical Training professional to join our onsite team in Mebane, NC. The role involves analyzing production process cycles, creating documentation, and training staff during start-ups to ensure smooth operations.

You will collaborate with SCM and maintenance teams to optimize workflows and supplier engagement. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in manufacturing, data analysis, and project management, with a strong understanding of engineering processes and hands-on tool

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in data analysis and reporting is preferred.
Knowledge of project management and supply chain processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Participates in sequence definition and cycle time analysis for new production processes/products.
Shares cycle time data with internal teams.
Prepares technical documentation on process phases and cycle times.
Supports production during start-ups by training staff.
Ensures updated process docs are provided to SCM teams for supplier evaluations.
Assists in defining action plans and training for Maintenance and Production teams.
