Qualifications

• Strong understanding of heavy equipment systems, diagnostics, maintenance, repair procedures, and effective methods for teaching technical concepts.
• Demonstrate a professional customer-centric attitude at all times and interact with individuals at all levels from mechanics to management.
• Excellent communication and classroom facilitation skills with proven ability to present technical information clearly and develop well-organized training materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs for dealers, customers, technicians, ASPs, and internal teams.
• Create instructor materials including agendas, outlines, background materials, guides, and exercises while ensuring content quality.
• Assess training needs and certification requirements.
• Coordinate training schedule with service administrators.
• Create and deliver training on hydraulic, electrical, and machine control circuits.
