Cindavi is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives on our Cresco, IA floor. You will identify bottlenecks, streamline material flow, and optimize labor utilization, implementing practical solutions with measurable results.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with production teams and site leadership to sustain improvements and build a culture of continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in industrial engineering and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies to eliminate waste.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize labor, capacity, and material flow.
• Troubleshoot machinery, CNC processes, tooling, and workflows on the production floor.
• Develop operators and technicians and partner with supervisors to drive accountability.
• Manage capital equipment projects including layout, procurement, and implementation.
• Develop capacity models and time standards while tracking progress.
