Scan.com is building America’s national imaging network. We are seeking a Lead Clinical Operations Specialist to own smooth imaging workflows from acquisition to final report, ensuring HIPAA‑compliant handling of sensitive patient data.

You will establish quality systems, develop SOPs, and drive AI-enabled automation, mentoring a growing team as we scale. The role demands healthcare operations experience, radiology knowledge, and a bias for action in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations and handling sensitive data in client service.
• Clinical knowledge of radiology strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop SOPs, training, and quality-control processes for a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Personally handle core workload for Lead Clinical Operations Specialist role and cross-reference patient, imaging center, and radiologist information against data and communications.
• Own the quality bar for the team’s output with checks, spot-audits, and feedback loops.
• Serve as escalation point for imaging center and radiology group issues beyond standard playbook.
• Build and maintain SOPs and training materials for scale.
• Identify where AI/agentic workflows can automate manual QC tasks.
• Work with sensitive data in line with HIPAA requirements and enforce standards.
