Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a Lead Clinical Operations Specialist in Atlanta, GA. You will own imaging workflows end-to-end, building quality controls and scalable SOPs while leveraging AI to streamline tasks.

You will lead a growing team, manage sensitive patient data under HIPAA, and drive improvements across the diagnostic imaging pathway. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and the rapid adoption of AI tools to reduce manual work while maintaining data integrity and patient

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare operations managing sensitive data is preferred.
Clinical knowledge of radiology is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to work with high accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

Own core imaging workflows and cross-referencing patient, center, and radiologist data.
Set and monitor quality standards across the team output.
Act as escalation point for center and radiology group issues.
Create and maintain SOPs and training materials for scale.
Explore AI-driven or automated workflows to reduce manual tasks.
Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive data.
