OneImaging Inc. is seeking a Senior Radiology Operations Lead to manage clinical escalations and optimize the member imaging journey. You will collaborate with ordering providers, facilities, and payers to resolve issues, refine workflows, and train teams on radiology fundamentals.

The role requires deep radiology operations experience, proficiency with order lifecycles, and the ability to translate clinical concepts for non-clinical audiences. A startup mindset with ownership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in radiology operations across health system and outpatient imaging settings.
• Ability to resolve clinical escalations end-to-end including coding, authorization, scheduling.
• Translate clinical knowledge for non-clinical teams and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own resolution of clinical escalations end-to-end across member journey.
• Partner with providers, imaging facilities and payers to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify escalation patterns and drive root-cause fixes into workflows and training.
• Serve as escalation point for front-line teams on clinical questions during scheduling and coordination.
• Act as embedded radiology SME for product team to inform requirements and designs.
