Job summary

Scan.com is building a national imaging network to streamline access to diagnostic imaging. We seek a Credentialing Coordinator to safeguard network integrity, manage CAQH ProView and NPDB processes, and ensure accurate provider rosters in a fast-growing startup.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain a gold-standard audit trail and stay ahead of compliance requirements. You will own end-to-end enrollment, run annual re-credentialing calendars, and partner with large provider groups to

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or managed care operations.
• Proficiency with CAQH ProView and NPDB query processes.
• Strong compliance mindset with high accuracy; you catch expiration dates and details.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and work independently to resolve ambiguous provider files.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets.
• Certification such as CPCS or CPMSM is a plus; CAQH SanctionsTrack℠ experience is a plus.
• Niche experience in radiology, imaging, or high-growth outpatient provider networks is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAQH administration, sanctions monitoring, and delegated oversight.
• Maintain a gold-standard audit trail and ensure proper review, documentation, and escalation.
• Manage end-to-end provider enrollment for network integrity and readiness to treat patients.
• Serve as primary CAQH ProView power user, handling profile pulls and re-attestations.
• Investigate sanctions alerts and NPDB queries, escalating adverse findings with precision.
• Coordinate with Account Management to resolve credentialing bottlenecks and re-credentialing calendars.
