This high-impact role serves as the primary escalation point for study teams and leads vendor governance. Hybrid work in Billerica, MA with international exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical research within CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech settings.
• Expertise in clinical trial imaging operations, including study planning, vendor oversight and execution across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing external imaging service providers, including governance, quality metrics and corrective action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational strategy for clinical trial imaging across a global portfolio.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for study teams and lead vendor governance.
• Translate imaging data insights into actionable improvements at program and portfolio levels.
• Influence clinical operations direction on a global scale in a cross-functional, multinational environment.
