Job summary

Cotiviti seeks a Principal IAM/PAM Security Architect to define and evolve security architecture for identity and privileged access across a large enterprise. You will lead standards for AD, Entra ID, Okta, and multi-cloud IAM, and own agentic identity governance and secrets management.

You will guide the Delinea PAM implementation, design least-privilege controls, and drive auditable controls across on‑prem and cloud environments, partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology or security field.
• 8+ years in identity/access management, PAM, or security architecture.
• Experience designing standards across hybrid/enterprise environments.
• Hands-on PAM platform experience (Delinea preferred).
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, Okta and multi-cloud IAM.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve security architecture for identity and privileged access.
• Lead architecture reviews, risk assessments, and standards for agentic identity.
• Drive Delinea PAM deployment and secrets governance enterprise-wide.
• Establish controls, least privilege, JIT/JEA, and rotation across environments.
• Produce audit-ready evidence aligned to SOX, HIPAA, PCI, ISO 27001.
