Job summary

Black & Veatch in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior I&C Engineer to lead automation, instrumentation, and SCADA design for water and wastewater projects. You will coordinate with local design teams, manage schedule/budget, and support proposals with technical insights.

You will build client relationships in Texas, supervise I&C design across multi-discipline projects, participate in field activities and factory tests, and contribute to a collaborative ESOP-owned culture with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering. PE license in Texas preferred or must be obtained within one year.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&C design for automation, instrumentation, and SCADA projects.
• Create relationships with clients in Texas and coordinate with local design teams.
• Monitor project schedule and budgets; assist with proposals and presentations.
