Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 11+ years in I&C design consulting, Florida PE or licensure, and a track record in project management and business development within the water sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements expected.
• Minimum 11 years related work experience in instrumentation, control and automation design consulting.
• 4 years’ experience in water/wastewater industry.
• 2 years’ experience in project management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships with clients in Florida and act as liaison between local design team, client and remote teams.
• Coordinate marketing, planning, design and construction phase services for automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA projects for water and wastewater utilities.
• Lead execution and coordinate I&C design engineering efforts for large multi‑discipline projects.
• Attend client and contractor meetings, perform field investigations and support issue resolution.
• Monitor and control project schedule and budgets and assist with proposals and presentations.
