Job summary

You will manage small to large EPC/service projects, ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance, and drive project performance across multi‑discipline teams.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and help shape the Texas collaborative market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PE license preferred; engineering licensure.
• 10+ years program/project management experience in water/wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts and strategy development for new opportunities.
• Interact with clients and advance the market footprint.
• Oversee project performance, budgeting, invoicing, and schedules.
