Job summary

Prime Data Centers seeks a Senior Hyperscale Data Center Solutions Engineer to lead technical engagements for large Hyperscale accounts. You will evaluate, design, and implement build-to-suit data center solutions, guiding proposals from RFPs through delivery with engineering, product, construction, operations, and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Hyperscale customers, CFD and thermal analysis acumen, and a strong grasp of procurement and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science-related discipline is required.
• 5+ years in data center solution design or related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years directly engaging Hyperscale customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for Hyperscale engagements, aligning solutions to customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in technical evaluation and RFP/RFI responses.
• Present Prime's solution architecture and delivery approach to clients.
• Interpret CFD outputs and translate results into actionable narratives.
• Coordinate with Procurement to manage OFCI equipment and delivery timelines.
• Develop technical content for sales, conferences, and marketing materials.
