Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician in the Alpharetta, GA area to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems. You will respond to calls, keep up with work orders, monitor alarms, and assist with system modifications while maintaining safety and client service excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial facility maintenance, a valid driver's license, and preferably an HVAC license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in commercial facility maintenance.
• HVAC license a plus and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs, troubleshooting, basic repairs and installations on commercial HVAC systems.
• Respond to trouble calls and ensure work orders are completed per schedule.
• Monitor alarms to preserve critical load and minimize damage.
• Assist with equipment modifications and safe work practices.
• Maintain inventory records and requisition materials as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
