Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain a broad range of HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related equipment. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and 기록 keeping to ensure safe, efficient facility operations.

Candidates should be prepared to start up and shut down equipment as needed, supervise subcontractors on-site, and participate in on-call rotations to respond quickly to critical facility issues.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining HVAC systems including boilers, pumps and chillers.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical components such as panel boards, transformers and MCCs.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and record findings accurately.
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards during all maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment.
• Start up, regulate, repair and shut down equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use hand and power tools for repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain equipment logs and report failures or potential issues.
• Provide supervision of subcontractors on-site when required.
• Be on-call 24 hours for critical system issues.
• Record daily inspections of vehicles, equipment, and tools.
