Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for building HVAC, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for modifications.
• Follow existing procedures and perform tasks under guidance.
• Perform duties and tasks as defined by established methods.
• Deliver output following defined processes under supervision.
