Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician (LICENSED) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, boilers, and environmental controls. You will follow CMMS work orders and document all service activities on site.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, EPA and state HVAC licenses, blueprint reading, and strong teamwork. Occasional on-call shifts and travel to client facilities are included, with training and safety compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 4–6 years of commercial HVAC and building maintenance experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• State HVAC license is required.
• Able to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• Willing to work occasional on-call shifts.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.
• Microsoft Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance per CMMS work orders.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, boilers, air handling units, and related equipment.
• Ensures safe operation and compliance with local codes and procedures.
• Mentors and inspects work of other HVAC and trades staff.
• Travels to client facilities to resolve maintenance issues.
