Job summary
Jetson Home Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC installer lead to supervise and execute residential heat pump installations in Columbia, MD. You will remove existing gas furnaces, install heat pump systems, and work with engineering teams to improve processes.
Strong leadership and HVAC expertise are essential. Applicants must hold a Maryland HVACR Journeyman License; BPI certification is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and customer
Qualifications
- Must have proven experience as an install team member and team lead.
- Active Maryland HVACR Journeyman License is required.
- BPI certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and building schematics.
Responsibilities
- Remove existing HVAC equipment.
- Install new heat pump systems.
- Perform routine maintenance like cleaning/replacing filters.
- Test heat pump systems for proper function.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes during install/repair.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams on products/processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client questions.
- Train team members on Jetson equipment and install procedures.
