Job summary

Qualifications
- Maryland HVACR Journeyman License required.
- Proven experience as an install team member and team lead.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems and safety standards.
- Demonstrated English communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Install new heat pump systems.
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning/replacing filters.
- Test heat pump systems for proper function.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes during installation/repair.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams on products/processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client questions.
