Jetson Home Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic HVAC installer lead to head an install crew in Columbia, MD. You will remove gas furnaces and install heat pump systems, guiding less experienced technicians while collaborating with engineering teams to improve products and processes.

Qualifications

• Must have proven install team experience and lead capability.
• NATE and Section 608 certifications preferred.
• BPI certification preferred.
• Strong HVAC knowledge; able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiar with building codes in the Columbia, MD area.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Follow OSHA Electrical Standard and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install new heat pump systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing filters.
• Test heat pump systems to ensure proper function.
• Follow blueprints, schematics and building codes during installs.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams on product/process improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.
• Train team members on Jetson equipment and install procedures.
