Job summary

Jetson is seeking an extremely motivated HVAC installer to lead an install crew in Columbia, MD. You will remove gas furnaces, install heat pumps, and work with engineering to optimize the install process. The role requires a Maryland HVACR Journeyman License and strong safety and customer-service skills.

You will train teammates, ensure compliance with building codes, and perform routine maintenance on systems. This is a full-time, in-person position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Active Maryland HVACR Journeyman License required.
Experience leading install crews in residential settings.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards.
Excellent English communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

Remove existing HVAC equipment and install heat pump systems.
Perform routine maintenance and test systems for proper operation.
Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes during installs.
Train and guide other technicians on Jetson equipment and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and address client questions.
