Job summary

Jetson Home is seeking an experienced HVAC installer to lead an install crew and execute residential heat pump installations in the Columbia, MD area. You will replace gas furnaces, install heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams to streamline the process.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an HVAC install team member and as a team lead.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of building codes in the Denver area.
• Analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and customer service abilities.
• Adheres to OSHA standards including Lockout/Tagout.

Responsibilities

• Install new heat pump systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning/replacing filters.
• Test heat pump systems for proper function.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes during installs/repairs.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client questions.
• Train teammates on Jetson equipment and install procedures.
