Job summary

Jetson seeks experienced HVAC Installers to lead full heat pump system installs in residential settings. You will remove aging gas equipment, ensure clean, compliant outcomes, and communicate clearly with homeowners.

Ideal candidates hold a Maryland HVACR Journeyman License and EPA 608 certification (or in progress), with skill reading blueprints and working solo or with a crew. Heat pump experience is a plus; OSHA-compliant operations are essential.

Qualifications

Active Maryland HVACR Journeyman License required.
EPA Section 608 Certification required or in progress.
Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
Experience with heat pumps or mini-splits is a strong plus.
Adherence to local building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removal of gas equipment.
Conduct refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and charging with precision.
Prepare spaces after removal to ensure a clean start for new installs.
Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install and troubleshoot.
Ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements on every job.
Deliver excellent customer experience and clear communication.
Maintain organized vehicles and inventory for daily operations.
Collaborate with teammates and engineering to improve processes.
