Job summary

Heblon Heating & Cooling is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer in Meridian, MS to join our growing installation team. Installers are paid hourly or by piece rate, with uncapped pay potential and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll stay current with new technologies and maintain high customer satisfaction through quality work. The role requires 1–5 years of installation experience, an HVAC degree or equivalent certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to handle heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
