Job summary

Ball Heating and Air Conditioning in Biloxi, MS, is hiring a full-time HVAC installer. You will install HVAC equipment per safety standards and manufacturer specs, measure sites, connect equipment, and document work while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Must have 1-5 years of installation experience and an HVAC certification or equivalent. We offer uncapped pay potential with hourly or piece rate, plus benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years HVAC installation experience required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid drivers license with clean MVR.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements and manufacturer specs.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and products in the field.
• Properly document all calls/jobs to company requirements.
• Pre-measure job sites to prepare for installation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns.
• Participate in safety trainings and follow policies.

Who you are:
