Job summary

Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air in Stillwater, OK is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our growing team. Install equipment per safety standards and manufacturer specs, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Compensation is hourly or piece rate with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent certification with EPA Type II preferred.

• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment per safety requirements, standards, and specs.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and products.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns.
• Pre-measure job sites to prepare for installation.
• Connect equipment properly and efficiently.
• Document all calls/jobs per company requirements.
• Participate in safety training and follow policies.

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sitesin order toproperly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Who you are:

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’slicensewith clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
