Job summary

Dents A/C is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer to join our installation team in Ridgeland, MS. You will install HVAC equipment, stay current with technologies, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, in-person role with uncapped pay potential and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications include 1–5 years HVAC installation experience and a relevant HVAC degree or technical certification.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC installation experience required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment and document all calls/jobs to company requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
