Qualifications

• EPA certification with knowledge of installation and venting codes.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Certified HVAC installation training program and apprenticeship completed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue further technical development across disciplines.
• Oil burner experience/license a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete jobs on time and under budget, supporting financial goals.
• Establish good customer rapport for high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Install Coordinators to finish jobs.
• Communicate daily with Project Manager and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Follow up calls in current area of expertise.
• Train and mentor apprentices for on-time, high quality installations.
• Ensure consistency and timeliness of paperwork, checklists and invoices.
• Participate in department meetings and vendor trainings.
