You’ll work with a tight-knit team to ensure quality installations on schedule and within budget, while delivering outstanding service to thousands of satisfied customers. The role offers in-house training, a supportive culture, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required by installation and venting codes.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Completion of certified HVAC installation training program and apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing cross-disciplinary technical development.
• Oil burner experience is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of new HVAC system installation from video preview through install process.
• Complete jobs on time and under budget.
• Establish good customer rapport for high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Install Coordinators to ensure completion of jobs.
• Daily communication with Project Manager and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and inventory in truck.
• Mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.
• Ensure accurate paperwork including checklists, invoices and post-job videos.
• Participate in department meetings and vendor trainings.
