Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services, Inc. in Plymouth, MA is seeking a lead HVAC installer to manage full installation projects end-to-end, from initial video preview to final commissioning.

Qualifications

• EPA certification with knowledge of installation and venting codes.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a certified HVAC installation training program and apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue further technical development and cross-training.
• Oil burner experience/license a plus.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC system installations from start to finish.
• Complete jobs on time and under budget.
• Establish strong customer rapport for high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Install Coordinators to ensure completion of jobs.
• Communicate with Project Manager and office staff daily.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and inventory.
• Mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.
• Ensure accurate paperwork including checklists, invoices and post-job videos.
• Participate in department meetings, trainings with vendors.
