Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services, Inc. in Rockland, MA is seeking an HVAC Installer Lead to manage new system installations from start to finish.

You’ll supervise crews, align with the Project Manager, and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget while delivering outstanding customer service. Candidates must have EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and completion of an HVAC installation program with apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• EPA certification and knowledge of installation and venting codes.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Completion of an HVAC installation training program and apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Engaged in ongoing technical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of new HVAC system installation from video preview through Install System process.
• Complete jobs on time and under budget, aligning with financial goals.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Install Coordinators daily.
• Train and mentor apprentices for on-time, high-quality installations.
• Maintain organized site and accurate post-job documentation.
