Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services is seeking a motivated installer helper to support HVAC system installations in residential and commercial settings in Massachusetts. You’ll learn hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment and work alongside a lead technician to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient work.

You’ll gain in-house training, a clear path to advancement, and a team that values your input. Applicants should have a HS diploma, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in a program for licensing.
• Willingness to learn from Lead Technicians.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer in HVAC system installations accurately and efficiently.
• Help stage jobs and follow quality checklists.
• Keep job site and truck organized and stocked.
• Complete time portal entries and other paperwork timely.
• Build strong rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Install Coordinators to complete jobs.
• Join pipes or tubing to equipment to form a complete circuit.
• Obtain and maintain required certifications.
• Participate in department meetings and vendor trainings.
