Qualifications

• Must have a current EPA universal certificate.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Hold at least one state license or certification.
• Proficient with basic HVAC service calls and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC residential service calls within area of expertise.
• Establish customer rapport to build trust and deliver the right services.
• Ask lifestyle questions to troubleshoot system malfunctions.
• Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
• Mentor HVAC apprentices to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging or inefficient systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
