Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a field-based HVAC technician to commission, troubleshoot, and start up systems at customer locations. You will be the primary on-site contact, using your HVAC knowledge to ensure reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

Requires 10+ years in HVAC, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and technical training or certification. Proficiency with Modbus, BACnet, Niagara, and MS Office is expected, as is a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 10+ years HVAC experience preferred.
• Technical training or HVAC certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-facing communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Test, start-up, commission, and service HVAC systems on-site.
• Diagnose, repair, and optimize equipment per specifications.
