K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Foreman-Construction to lead a team of technicians on busy construction sites. You will coordinate daily tasks, review plans and budgets, and ensure installations meet codes and specifications.

The role emphasizes strong team leadership, safety adherence, effective communication with project managers and engineers, and ensuring timely, high-quality workmanship across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school cert preferred; college degree a plus.
• Several years of HVAC installation/repair experience; 3+ years in supervisory role.
• Proficient in HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; safety regs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HVAC technicians on construction sites and coordinate tasks.
• Review plans, budgets, and specs to understand HVAC requirements.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems per codes.
• Communicate updates with clients, engineers, and project managers; report progress.
