Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school cert preferred; college degree a plus.
• Several years of HVAC installation/repair experience with supervisory background.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily tasks per project priorities and schedules.
• Provide training to crew members to raise performance and skill levels.
• Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed.
• Review plans, budgets, and specs to meet HVAC requirements.
