Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead a team of technicians and installers on construction sites. You will ensure installations are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with codes and design specs.

You will coordinate tasks, review plans and budgets, manage materials, and liaise with project managers and trade partners to meet deadlines and maintain quality. Strong leadership and HVAC knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred.
• Several years of HVAC installation and repair experience; at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to meet driving requirements.
• HVAC/R certification or licensing as required by state/region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily tasks with project priorities and schedules.
• Review plans, budgets, and specifications to define HVAC requirements.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality checks.
• Maintain records and submit progress reports and timesheets.
