Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead technicians and installers on commercial construction projects. You will supervise crews, read plans, and ensure installations meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements on site.

The role requires strong leadership, proficiency with HVAC systems and blueprints, and the ability to coordinate with project teams to deliver on-code results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred.
• Several years of HVAC installation/repair experience.
• 3+ years of HVAC supervisory or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• HVAC/R certification or licensing as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily work assignments based on project schedules and priorities.
• Train, mentor, and support crew members.
• Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Oversee HVAC installation, ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems.
• Monitor quality, productivity, materials, and project progress.
• Ensure work complies with safety requirements, building codes, and specifications.
• Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and progress reports.
• Troubleshoot jobsite issues and help keep projects on schedule.
