Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead technicians and installers on commercial construction projects. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating crews, reading plans, ensuring safe, code-compliant installations, and keeping projects on schedule.

You will supervise daily activities, review blueprints, collaborate with project teams and trades, and mentor crew members to deliver high-quality HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Several years of HVAC installation/repair experience.
• 3+ years of HVAC supervisory or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and construction practices.
• HVAC/R certification or licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites
• Coordinate daily work assignments based on project schedules and priorities
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades
• Oversee HVAC installation, ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems
• Monitor quality, productivity, materials, and project progress
• Ensure work complies with safety requirements, building codes, and specifications
• Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and progress reports
• Troubleshoot jobsite issues and help keep projects on schedule

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead HVAC technicians and installers on commercial construction projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HVAC professional who can manage crews, coordinate with project teams, read plans and blueprints, and ensure HVAC installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to code.

What We're Looking For
