Job summary

2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee technicians installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial HVAC equipment. You’ll supervise daily staffing, mentor staff, and ensure safety rules are followed while assisting with complex assignments.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with leadership: 10+ years.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to read wiring diagrams/blueprints and coordinate field work.

Responsibilities

• Be a Safety Leader to all technicians in your area.
• Review upcoming work and assign technicians to maximize productivity.
• Lead installations, retro fits and large-scale projects.
• Train employees on technical skills and safety rules.
• Perform service, maintenance, and installation work as needed.
• Represent the company professionally in all business matters.
