Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Senior Mechanical HVAC Dust Control Engineer to lead industrial HVAC design and dust collection projects across our Advanced Manufacturing group.

You will guide a building mechanical team, perform field investigations, interface with clients and vendors, size and select equipment, and prepare construction design packages. You’ll drive the HVAC design basis, develop specifications, perform calculations, and deliver final design packages for systems such as

Qualificações

• 15+ years experience in HVAC design with dust collection projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to lead a building mechanical team and collaborate remotely.
• Fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Layout and design HVAC systems for industrial clients.
• Develop dust collection systems and lead Dust Hazard Analysis discussions.
• Develop design criteria for HVAC systems including comfort, pressurization, and cleanliness.
• Create conceptual and final design documents, including P&IDs and duct layouts.
• Mentor less experienced staff.
