Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site Controls Project Manager for the HVAC division to lead projects from pre-construction planning through commissioning and closeout. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, field resources, and customers to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, HVAC Technology, Building Automation Systems, or related field.
• At least four years of experience managing HVAC, BAS, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong project coordination and field execution oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC controls projects from design to closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, installers, designers, and admin staff.
• Manage project financials including costs, billings, cash flow, gross margin.
